How to buy at our Online Store

Our Online Store is open to legal entities which are operators of tanning facilities (tanning studios, hairdressers’, beauty salons, spas, fitness studios, etc.) or distributors to operators of tanning facilities. If you do not belong to either of these categories, you are welcome to browse our products and make your purchase at your tanning location. Prices are displayed only to signed-in visitors. All prices are in EURO and although you can calculate the equivalent in your currency (by pressing the flags in the “Currency” box), your credit card payments will always be in Euro.

If you are a legal entity operating a tanning facility (tanning studio, hairdresser’s, beauty salon, spa, fitness studio, etc.) or if you are a distributor to operators of tanning facilities, you are welcome to apply for our services by Signing Up as a customer or distributor (click ‘SIGN IN’ in the main menu, then ‘sign up now’ under ‘NEW USERS’). Remember your username and password for future visits. All fields marked with * must be filled in. After we have approved your status, you will receive confirmation by e-mail and can then start to buy from our Online Store and take advantage of our special offers.

Please Observe: Due to agreement with our Supplier, Devoted Creations, we can't serve customers in the following countries: UK, Italy, Turkey and Croatia.

After the Sign In and approval procedure described above, buying online with us is just like buying from an ordinary distributor, only easier and less expensive. Sign in with your username and password, browse our catalogue of products for the items you'd like, put them in a shopping basket, and complete your purchase at the check-out area.

So read on and find out how you can enjoy the shopping experience with our Online Store.

Step 1. Make Your Product Selections

The first thing to do is browse our shop for the items you'd like. As you browse you'll see an 'Add to cart' link. Once you've found the product you'd like, simply add it to your online shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to cart' link.

The shopping basket is a holding place for your items until you are ready to purchase them. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' link on your shopping page. And, just like at a retail store, you can always remove items from your basket and put them back on the shelves.

Step 2. Proceed to the Check Out

Once you've decided on your selection and checked your basket, you proceed to the Ordering Stage by clicking "Check Out".

Step 3. Submit your Order

At this point you must decide on one of the following payment methods (Select your preferred payment gateway):

Payment by credit card via Barclays ePDQ secure payment environment.
Payment by credit card via PayPal.
Personal (Invoice and bank transfer)– You will receive an invoice by e-mail with instructions on how to transfer money to Aroga Ltd.’s account with Barclays bank in the UK.

Step 4. Shipment of purchased goods

After we have received approval of your credit card payment or, if you are paying by invoice and bank transfer, received your payment into our account, we will ship the your order by parcel delivery service from our warehouse in the Netherlands. If the ordered items are in stock, they will be sent out the next working day. For the delivery time to your country, please see below. If all or part of your order is not in stock, you will be advised of the expected delivery time so you can decide whether you want to change your order or wait. Shipment costs will be calculated per box according to the table below:
